We invite you to join Providence Promise families and members of the community at our Annual 529 Day Celebration to honor the “National 529 College Savings Plan Day,” and raise awareness about the benefits of college savings plans! This grand event celebrates the great success of our students and families featuring food, games, community partners, activities, music and speaking remarks. Last year, we raised $150,000+ from 60+ sponsors, featured more than 20 community partner tables, and hosted over 350 students, family members, partners, supporters, and state and local leaders. We anticipate 2024 will be our biggest 529 Day yet as we gather to celebrate over 1,280 students and families saving nearly $2,000,000 toward their educational futures. Our goal is to raise $175,000 for our innovative and comprehensive program services. We will present a Community Partner of the Year Award and an Ambassador Award. Also, a number of partners and supporters will set up tables at the event to engage with families and share information about their services and resources.
