Every Saver

Every Saver is a program of PVD Promise that helps families begin saving early and stay connected to future college and career opportunities. 

 

PVD Promise staff help Providence Public and Charter School families open a parent-held College Savings Account (CSA) with the state-sponsored CollegeBound Saver plan. Families may be eligible to receive a promotion from the General Treasurer's Office upon account opening. PVD Promise staff will notify Every Saver families if they are eligible.

 

After joining the program, Every Saver families and students can take part in online workshops, such as financial education and wellness sessions. Families also receive newsletters with information about helpful programs and upcoming opportunities.

 

The Every Saver program is a new, low-cost way for PVD Promise to help more families access its services. PVD Promise is seeking additional funding to offer additional services to Every Saver families in the future.
